For all shipments, your payment must first get approved before your item ships out. We use Fedex for all domestic & international shipments. Your shipment will reach you in 7 - 10 business days, which does not include weekends & holidays. As soon as Fedex picks up your package from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Free Shipping is only on all domestic (within United States) orders & Free Shipping is on all GROUND shipping orders only.


For all returns, please log into your account that you have created & follow the instructions there for all returns. It is mandatory for you to create an account for processing a return.  To conduct a successful return, you must send the warehouse all the information that is being asked in the returns area. If you will not provide all pertinent information, we will not be able to process the refund successfully. 

The CUSTOMER will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be in good condition for the return to be accepted.  All returns must be sent within 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. Items purchased from can only be returned to the company warehouse. They cannot be returned to a retail store that carries our products.
